Subject: Implementation of 2nd factor biometric authentication through FIDO device to access PFMS.
A reference is invited to this Office OM No-V-12019/1/2020-PFMS/C.No.3028/6045 dated 29.12.2022 vide which all Delhi based PAO users i.e. (First & second signatory user in each PAO) were directed to procure the FIDO device for implementation of biometric authentication by 20.01.2023.
In view of the above, a training program is scheduled for all Delhi based PAOS (First & second signatory user in each PAO using e-bill utility in PFMS for execution of payments). The training will be conducted as per schedule attached at annexure-B on 4th Floor, Shivaji Stadium, New Delhi. Further all are requested to provide the PAO code information of their respective PAOs using E-bill utility by 16.01.2023 as per Annexure-A.
