The Gazette Notification of Department of Financial Services dated 24th January 2025, Fundamental Rule 56(j) and PFRDA (Exit & Withdrawal under NPS) Regulations, 2015 mentioned in the O.M. ibid correspond to Railway Board’s letter No. F(E)II/2025/UPS/1 dated 18.03.2025, Rule 1802 (a) of Chapter 18, IREC Vol. I] (1987 – Edition) and Railway Board’s Letter No. 2016/F(E)IN/1/(1)/3 dated 27th May 2016 respectively.
