In view of spreading of COVID-19 cases in different countries all over the world. To overcome the situation our strategy should be a combination of vigilance through clinical and pandemic surveillance, scenario based planning and keeping all the systems on alert for a rapid, scale up response when needed.
Our focus and sustained effort should be on fivefold strategy of test- track-treat- vaccination and adherence to COVID Appropriate Behaviour.
Railways and Production Units to make necessary arrangement for procurement of Vaccine and encourage all Railway beneficiaries to take COVID-I9 precaution dose.

It is requested that as far as possible samples of positive cases on daily basis may be sent to designated INSACOG Genome Sequencing Laboratories (IGsL) that are mapped to state and UT in co-ordination with state nodal authorities.
