OFFICE ORDER
Subject: Empanelment of Private Hospitals (HCOs) under CGHS Pune
In pursuance of Office Memorandum F.No.5-34/CGHS/HEC(HQ)/2025 dated 22.12.2025 regarding empanelment of Health Care Organizations (HCOs) new as well as re-empanelment of existing list of already approved healthcare organization (HCOs), under the Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS), and in continuation of this Office Order No. CGHS/PNE/Estt.4-13/2025 dated 05.06.2026 & CGHS/PNE/Estt.4-13/2026/1943 dated 15.07.2026 & CGHS/PNE/Estt.4-13/2026/2588 dated 14.08.2026 and on the basis of the recommendations of the Hospital Empanelment Committee (HEC), approval of the Competent Authority, submission of required documents, execution of Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with policy document and submission of Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG), the Health Care Organizations (HCOs) listed in Annexure-I are hereby empaneled under CGHS Pune.
2. The empanelment shall be governed by the provisions of the said CGHS Empanelment OM dated 22.12.2025, the Memorandum of Agreement executed with CGHS, policy document and all instructions/guidelines issued by CGHS from time to time.
3. The empaneled HCO shall provide treatment to eligible CGHS beneficiaries strictly in accordance with CGHS package rates, billing guidelines, credit facility provisions and other applicable conditions. The applicable CGHS package rates are notified vide Office Memorandum (OM) F. No. 5-16/CGHS(HQ)/HEC/2024 (Part-1) dated 03.10.2025, also the applicable rates for cancer surgical procedures shall be governed by Office Memorandum No. S-11045/36/2012-CGHS(HEC) dated 7th September 2015,
The rates applicable under CGHS for all types of HCOs can be downloaded from the website of CGHS i.e. https://cghs.mohfw.gov.in
4. The empanelled HCOs shall maintain valid statutory registrations, licenses, permissions, certifications and accreditation(s), wherever applicable, throughout the period of empanelment and shall immediately inform CGHS of any change affecting their eligibility or operational status.
5. Any violation of CGHS rules, terms and conditions of empanelment, billing guidelines, fraud control provisions or any material misrepresentation shall render the HCO liable for action including suspension, de-empanelment, forfeiture of PBG and other action as deemed appropriate by CGHS.
6. This empanelment shall remain valid for the period of 03 Years in accordance with the provisions of the CGHS Empanelment Guidelines and MoA or till next empanelment scheme comes in effect, whichever is earlier, subject to continued compliance with all applicable conditions.
7. Also, the HCOs empaneled under CGHS to take necessary steps to shift to NHA Platform for uploading the bills pertaining to eligible pensioner CGHS beneficiaries in a paperless environment or undertake the necessary other steps for bill submission and payment processes as per the category of the beneficiaries as mentioned in the OM dated 22.12.2025 or comply with any other digital health initiatives introduced by CGHS from time to time.

Similarly in continuation of the earlier orders/instruction regarding continuation of existing Eye Hospitals/Centres under CGHS and in view of the pending matter before the Hon’ble Court, it has been decided with the approval of the Competent Authority to extend the empanelment/continuation of the existing Eye Hospitals/Centres under CGHS up to 31/12/2026 vide Office Memorandum F. No. 5-34/CGHS (HQ)/HEC/2025/2788-2810 dated 01/10/2026.
Therefore, following existing eye HCOs under CGHS Pune will be continued to be empaneled till 31st Dec 2026 or till the date any other instructions received from the competent authority, whichever is earlier.
