Subject: Submission of revised information under Annexure-M (CGEGIS) through the Data Collection Portal – reg.
In continuation of this office even number letter dated 25.08.2026, it is informed that Annexure-M (CGEGIS) has been revised to include additional information for the financial years 2020-21, 2021-22 and 2022-23. The necessary changes have been incorporated in the Portal.
2. Accordingly, it is requested that the requisite information for the above-mentioned financial years may also kindly be furnished in the revised format through the Data Collection Portal by 17.09.2026.
